ضربة الشمس "Heat Stroke"
تنتج ضربة الشمس من جراء التعرض لأجواء لا يمكن معها للجسم
تبريد ذاته بشكل كاف . وبالتالي ترتفع درجة حرارة الجسم بسرعة.
وتعد ضربة الشمس حالة أكثر خطورة من الإجهاد الحراري ومن أهم
مسبباتها المجهود البدني الزائد أو المعتدل في أجواء شديدة الحرارة.
وعند التعرض لضربة الشمس قد يتوقف التعرق وقد ترتفع حرارة
الجسم إرتفاعاً سريعاً لدرجة مميتة لا سمح الله

factor is excessive physical exertion or moderate exertion in

من الضروري اتخاذ إجراءات الطوارئ اللازمة لتبريد الجسم حتى
في اثناء انتظار وصول المساعدة الطبية . فكلما ارتفعت حرارة الجسم
قبل دخول المريض إلى الطوارئ ارتفعت نسبة احتمالات الوفاة ، ولذا
يجب طلب العناية الطبية فوراً.
ومن أهم وسائل السيطرة على هذه الحالات خفض درجة حرارة الأجواء
المحيطة أو زيادة قدرة الجسم لتبريد ذاته حتى لا ترتفع درجة حرارته.
ويمكن توفير التبريد الفوري أو السريع للمصاب عن طريق تغطيسه في
ماء مثلج أو تغطيته بقماش مبلل ويجب الحرص على تهوية المصاب
لزيادة التبخر.
كن مستعداً للاستجابة السريعة لأعراض الأمراض المتعلقة بالطقس الحار
Treatment
It is critical to undertake emergency cooling of the body
Even while medical help is on the way. The higher the
Body temperature upon admission to emergency rooms, the
Higher the death rate. Seek medical attention immediately
The method of control is to reduce the temperature
Surroundings or increase the ability of the body to
Cool itself, so that body temperature does not rise
Imeediate and rapid cooling can be achieved by
Immersing the victim in chilled water or by
Wrapping him in a wet sheet. Fan the victim to
